| DESCRIPTION | Superb antique English Georgian hand pierced solid sterling silver swing handled cream pail with the original blue glass liner. The condition of this piece is astonishingly good and original. The silver is still thick and the silversmith's tool marks are visible to the inside where you can feel them with your fingertips too. The blue glass liner has top rim chips but appears to be original. Nothing about it says replacement, it looks to be Georgian glass and considering the exceptional condition of the silverwork I am prepared to believe the dream. |
