| DESCRIPTION | Vintage hollow cast silver bottle stopper mounted with a realistically modelled dog and new replacement cork stopper. Dog not marked but she looks and feels like silver. Some rubbing to her back and tail, especially the top of her tail where the pattern has been worn smooth, probably from stroking. If she was silver plated then it would show through here but it does not. There are some markings around the lower rim of the stopper but the only one that I can read is '13'. |
