DESCRIPTION | High quality and unusual pair of antique English Victorian solid sterling silver casters with gilded interiors, loaded bases and a nice crest engraving. These display an action very similar to the 1970s toys called 'weebles'. One has a cusp to the base and settles a bit more quickly than the one that does not but both deliver a wobble of satisfying duration. Not sure of their intended purpose, perhaps just a little bit of fun. |
