| DESCRIPTION |
Georgian silver cream jug with embossed and engraved decoration and an erased cartouche. If I were to decorate a jug in this fashion I would do
it before attaching the legs and handle and so when all the internal areas behind the joints are plain I assume the decoration to be later although many dealers would disagree and offer such a piece as original. |
| SILVERSMITH |
Samuel Wood. Those of you familiar with Samuel's casters will not be surprised by the very solid nature of this little jug. |
