DESCRIPTION | Very good antique English Georgian solid sterling silver meat skewer with the original lion crest below an Earl's coronet engraving to the terminal and a ring handle. These are used to ensure that the centres of large roasting joints are safely cooked. I have found that they can also reduce the cooking time by 20% so are energy saving too. |
