DESCRIPTION | Superb set of six Georgian table knives with pitch loaded silver double struck Old English & Thread pattern handles and new satin finish stainless steel finger point blades. Whilst fitting the new blades my silversmith noted that the silver handles are particularly good and thick. There is a sympathetically light erasure to each that is now to the underside of the handles. The new blades have picked up some patchy colour from the silversmith's polish that will quickly vanish with normal use and washing. |
