Chunky Victorian silver King's pattern fish serving fork with a loaded handle and solid silver tines engraved with fish and pierced. There is a motto and crest to the front and a probable erasure verso. The motto pertains to an English and Scottish legend about a prince being saved by concealment under hay by a faithful peasant. |
