| DESCRIPTION | High quality large antique English solid sterling silver slide action cigarette case with engine turned engraved decoration and a matt gilded interior. The gold to the outside is not simply plated but is an applied sheet of measurable thickness, my guess about 0.5mm. Three pinholes to one side and four to the other indicate that some form of personalisation has been removed. I have not polished those areas so that it is obvious where they are. An opportunity to have your own personalisation applied. |
